Get Re-Hired for your Night Job with Five Nights at Freddy’s 2

IGM: What do you plan on working on next?

Scott: I can’t answer that. He’s listening…

I should have known what was up with Scott Cawthon. The poor man was practically begging me to help him during our talk about his fantastic game, Five Nights at Freddy’s, but I was too thick. I didn’t understand. Many of us had managed to leave our employment at Freddy Fazbears pizza, but that left an open position – one some other poor sap would take in Five Nights at Freddy’s 2.

The job has changed, though. Our beloved employer has taken steps to improve things. Now, since keeping doors open and closed was so hard, they have removed them altogether. There is just a nice, clear path to your office! Since the lack of doors may entice the animatronics into coming to visit, new hires are given a Freddy mask to wear to confuse them into thinking you’re one of them, so that they don’t dismember and kill you (Remember, Fazbear Entertainment is responsible for neither!). Speaking of new, the animatronics have been given a revamp, making them more adorable and potentially less bloodthirsty. The old ones are still there too, although they’re in kind of rough shape. Even if their bodies are twisted and mangled, they’re no less filled with love and fun. Probably.

Scott Cawthon’s new trailer has me pretty excited to reapply for my old night shift job, although I’m not sure how power ties in to the game now. The trailer shows a flashlight, so perhaps it has something to do with that. Does the mask you plop over your head require power? That seems like a distinct possibility as well. Either way, covering your head with a mask while those terrifying new designs stare you down sounds like the equivalent of covering your head with your hands and hoping they go away. It sounds deliciously terrifying, so head on down to Steam Greenlight and show your support for spooky animatronics with a vote for Five Nights at Freddy’s 2.

A common question we get is, can we play an adult version of FnaF? Check out our Furry Games if that's something that interests you.
