Race The Sun Celebrates New DLC and iOS Version with Free Downloads

Sometimes it’s good to have a very relaxing gamplay experience, since most of the time gamers are very focused on the moment-to-moment action. Race the Sun is not one of those relaxing experiences, as players pilot a solar craft at tremendous speeds while trying to keep the sun on the horizon, avoiding obstacles and collecting power ups and score multipliers to beat levels in the process. But as of today, things are about to change.

Race the Sun is introducing a new DLC pack called Sunrise, which is available now, and aims for it to be one of those calmer experiences. In it, players are able to enjoy endless flight without the fear of running out of sunlight or crashing against falling obstacles. “Sunrise is a relaxing, meditative and zen-like experience,” said the game’s developers.

In addition to this new relaxing and care-free expansion, Race the Sun also released today on iOS devices with all game modes included, such as the Apocalypse and Labyrinthia modes. To celebrate both launches, the team at Flippfly Studios is giving away Race the Sun on Steam for free to anyone who logs into their Steam account and downloads the game today.
