Indie Intermission – ‘Game Title’ A Zelda-Like Like No Other
The game Game Title is a rather interesting almost metroidvania game by Michael Brough who was inspired by The Legend Of Zelda series ,even if he had not actually played them himself. Game Title is rather interesting in that it will take you a couple of deaths before you begin to realise just how all the game dynamics begin to work, but once you have it all fits into place rather nicely.
Although there is pretty much no story in Game Title the game makes up for this fact by having interesting interactions with characters in the maze and rather great gameplay. Once you start to get into the game the gameplay is a great deal of fun and only improves as you get further into the game and unlock more items.
The graphics style is interesting and will no be to everyone’s taste especially due to the low resolution quality of it. Providing you can get past the low resolution and actually get into the game you will be well rewarded with a fun and interesting game.
Average play time – 30 minutes
Game Title is a great deal of fun from start to finish and has a great deal of depth of gameplay. Once you get used to the style and the controls you will soon fall in love with Game Title and not be content until you finish this rather brilliantly put together game.
Game Title can be downloaded via the Glorious Trainwrecks site.
