Irish Indie Bundle Planned

Attention, Irish indie developers: there’s a new bundle in the works, and it needs you to make it a reality.

A budding Irish developer/innovator has recently launched a campaign to assemble the finest minds in Ireland’s independent gaming scene to put together a brand new indie package in the hope of encouraging and stimulating the continued growth of gaming development in the country.

Plans for the bundle began when the developer, operating under the Twitter handle @Roundcrisis, initiated talks with similarly eager compatriots over Twitter, before being expanded in a forum thread over at GameDevelopers.ie.  Soon afterwards, a makeshift site was set up by @paddybass.

The prospective bundle’s organisers are continuing to take suggestions from developers and fans regarding its potential titles, platforms and commercial layout. Anyone wishing to give their input is encouraged to either chime in on the GameDevelopers.ie thread or to fill in a short survey to help the idea take shape.
