Transmigration: Into Darkness Peering – Screenshot and Game Info

Back in February, we here at IGM were presented with exclusive artwork for Transhuman Design’s upcoming game, Transmigration: Into Darkness Peering, with the dark, eery, yet beautiful piece entitled “Clocksmith.” (Seen above.) Now, we have something else to share about this intriguing game.

In Transmigration, players assume the role of Joseph, who isn’t exactly the happiest of people and falls into the category of the ‘could have been’. Hardly able to bear the 9-5 existence he has and insomnia creeping into his livelihood, he finds himself unable to sleep at night. He also considers visiting a newly opened Transmigration Clinic, where maybe if he does pay a visit, he can receive a chance to try again.

Transhuman Design have said that Transmigration “grew from the need to create something quite different and a bit personal”. It is a game where players will discover unusual friendship, depression, euthanasia, strange dreams, and dark humor. “We’d like to inspire people and push the medium forward a little bit.” Transmigration is also the first story-driven game by Transhuman Design, and is being developed by a new division of the company focusing solely of single-player experiences.

Transmigration: Into Darkness Peering is still shrouded in mystery, but as information on this captivating title trickles out, you can be sure that IGM will have the latest, breaking news.
