Reasons To Play ‘Mystic Crusade’ #23: Jim And Tim Added To NPC Roster
The newly built classic RPG, Mystic Crusade, has just risen up on the list of all things good merely by adding two NPC’s called Jim and Tim. Oh and some other things too.
For Better or Worse: Indie Games is a community driven indie developer with a passion to make classic RPG titles, molded by the feedback of those who play the game. After having built the framework on which many RPG’s will hopefully be formed, the developers released the first title under their belt called Mystic Crusade. To give you an idea of the game, here is a quote from the developers:
“Our goal with Mystic Crusade is to create a classic role playing game like Earthbound, Final Fantasy, and Dragon Warrior. We hope to make the game fit the desires of the classic gamer community.”
The first build was released about a month ago and as such is a work-in-progress, but many new and shiny things have been added since then. We’re most excited about the latest update though, which was issued on April 7th. Why? Well, simply because it adds a lot more to the barebones of the game, but most importantly are the two new NPC’s, Jim and Tim.
“The town got a whole new look and some villagers moved in. Their names are Jim and Tim.” That’s the moment we instantly fell in love with Mystic Crusade.
If you want to help shape Mystic Crusade, you’ll need to sign up on the official website, grab your download and start playing. Then you can give that all important feedback. Did we mention it’s free?
