Hate cell phones? Tired of seeing friends and family consumed with tweeting, Facebooking, swiping left, and taking selfies? Developer BlauwPrint has the answer with Super Flippin’ Phones. Players embark on the greatest calling: to save humanity. However this isn’t an easy task, as there just so happen to be quite a few cops who aren’t aware of this grand crusade to save the world.
Super Flippin’ Phones is the successor to the prototype, Flippin’ Phones. The game is a fast-paced 2-D platformer, where players run through a mall, jumping and flailing their arms to slap phones out of people’s hands. Once free from their tiny screened overlords, the masses will follow their savior to a giant cardboard box. Why a box? Well, because in this game, boxes are safe, and accidents are just bound to happen if a massive crowd is following the player around (think of the children!). The player will have to be careful as mall cops will be on guard, and will attempt to stop them. The game will feature unlocks, new costumes, multiple mall departments, new cops, and even more things to break.
Super Flippin’ Phones is expected to be released in 2015 for Windows PC, iOS, and Android, with no pricing details released to date. To learn more about the game and its developer BlauwPrint visit their website, “like” them on Facebook, and follow them on Twitter.
