How much do you love puzzles? How much do you love squishing and squashing, and slicing and slashing? How much do you not love cleaning up your mess?
Forthcoming from Sneeweis is a game that will combine the gleeful abandon of destructive tendencies with the brain-teasing lure of puzzles, and the desire to conquer all through high scores. No cleanup required. Oggipital will live quietly in your pocket, playable on iPhone, iPad, and iPod; and being quick to play is ideal for odd moments when you’re just trying to kill a little time.
The main characters of the game are the Kisau Veelas, a group of funny little blobs with distinct features, and the Oggiput, who resembles the Grim Reaper of Kisau Veelas. Sneeweis is being very circumspect about just who all of these creatures are and how they relate to one another, but they do seem to enjoy tossing out teaser hints. They’re also being rather tight-lipped about the details of the game itself, revealing only that Oggipital is “about quick decisions and accurate finger moves, about the pursuit of the highest score among your friends, about a pure level-up and a clean play-through.”
Oggipital is expected to be available in the Apple app store in April of 2014, with an estimated price of $2.99 USD. For more details and additional sneak previews, keep tabs on the official Facebook page and Twitter feed, as well as the company website.
