Combining the unusual and loveable characters that gamers have come to expect from Upopa Games, Mutation Mash is an action-puzzle game with a dark sense of humor and multi-headed animals. After a terrible accident at the Radioactive Animal Rehabilitation Factory, mutated animals have escaped and taken over the enchanted forest, wreaking havoc more serious than the Monster Mash did back in 1962. The game, which was officially released two weeks ago, challenges players to match three animals in a row throughout a total of 50 levels of intense, quick-thinking gameplay where each puzzle is a new experience. There are 19 mutated species to collect, coins to earn, and levels to conquer, as well as the chance to build your own farm in the hopes of healing the infected animals.
Upopa Games is probably best known for their work on the Hopeless series, which includes the highly acclaimed horror title Hopeless The Dark Cave. Mutation Mash is the first game released from Upopa Games since their acquisition by ironSource in 2014. It is currently available for free from the Google Play Store, and has an iOS version in the works due for release on February 26.
