IGM Sponsors Select Global Game Jam Locations! (Registration and Event Details)
The 2015 Global Game Jam is nearly upon us! In less than a week’s time, developers – both veteran and newcomer – will gather at both on-site events and online through social networks to celebrate the wonderful world of game development. While there are tons of locations throughout the world hosting Jams (you can find a live list here), IGM is proud to be able to sponsor a handful of sites ourselves.
Below, you’ll find a table – which will be updated as we get closer to the Jam dates next week – listing the site locations IGM is sponsoring, along with all the relevant information needed to participate. As for our part in this sponsorship, IGM will be giving away complimentary 12-issue (1 year) digital subscriptions of the Indie Game Magazine to all participants at the sites listed below. We’d love to see tons of folks take the plunge, register, and have some fun next weekend, so we hope you’ll sign up and participate in this year’s Global Game Jam! As mentioned in the graphic above, the Jam will last from January 23-25.
