While Mario Kart 8 fans might be collectively holding their breaths for the launch of the 200cc racing class, Brush Master is set to flip worlds upside down with racing of a different kind. Developed by Inter Illusion, Brush Master is a game that “combines painting with combat racing”, resulting in a colorful speed painting extravaganza.
When brushes start to invade the room, the only choice is to fight back by painting as much as possible in just 60 seconds. Each round features challenging gameplay that sees players adjudicated based on how much color they can unleash against their opponent. Unlockable power ups, such as bombs, lend themselves to gamer’s growing artistic arsenal of weapons, and a three star rating system awards high scores. Players will be able to battle through crazy levels, ranging from the comfort of a bedroom notebook and all the way to the exotic temples of China. In addition to the single-player campaign mode, Brush Master is integrated with Facebook, and offers local cooperative and versus tournaments, the ability to team up with players around the world to conquer daily missions, and full online multiplayer is in the works, too.
Brush Master is out now on the App Store, Google Play Store, and Windows Phone Store for free, and also comes with a PC demo available via the official website. Those who are interested can stay up to date with Inter Illusion’s latest projects through Twitter and Facebook.
